   The heating in the infrared sauna is based on a wave method of the heat transmitting, like the heat emitted by the Sun. The infrared heaters don't warm up the air around, they transmit the heat directly to the human body.

    The mild air conditions created at INFRADOC (at temperatures from 40°C to 65°C in combination with natural air humidity) allow children, elderly people and those who can't stand the heat of traditional saunas to enjoy the treatment. Without any effort, just spending half an hour in the INFRADOC cabin, you will  perspire 2 or even 3 times more than in a usual sauna.
